Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Roof Bear LLC's websites or online services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy .
Submission of a form does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing or informational SMS messages. SMS consent is provided separately through the applicable optional opt-in choices.
Free roof evaluations and service inquiries
Roof Bear may offer complimentary roof evaluations, consultations, estimates, or other preliminary services. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase roofing services from Roof Bear.
Estimates and recommendations may be based on information available at the time of the evaluation and may change if additional conditions are discovered. Any roofing work performed by Roof Bear is governed by a separate written agreement.
Roof Bear text message terms
Roof Bear LLC offers optional SMS communications for prospective and existing customers. Where presented, marketing and informational SMS consent are offered as separate choices.
You may choose to receive either category, both categories, or neither category. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Roof Bear.
If you opt in to marketing SMS communications, Roof Bear may send text messages regarding your roofing inquiry, quote follow-up, roofing services, appointment opportunities, special offers, discounts, promotions, and related sales communications.
If you opt in to non-marketing SMS communications, Roof Bear may send text messages regarding roof evaluations, appointment confirmations and reminders, permitting, material delivery, installation scheduling, inspections, customer service, and updates related to an active roofing project.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, communication preferences, and project activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
To stop receiving SMS communications, reply STOP to a message. You may receive a final confirmation message indicating that your opt-out request has been processed.

If you previously opted out and wish to resume SMS communications, you may reply START where supported or submit a new SMS opt-in through an available Roof Bear form.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing SMS consent, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or that you have authorization from the subscriber to provide that number for messaging purposes.
Managing communications
Your communication preferences may differ by channel. Opting out of SMS communications does not automatically unsubscribe you from email or other forms of communication, and opting out of email does not automatically opt you out of SMS communications.
You may update your preferences at any time using the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out method provided with the communication.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, property, and project information when submitting forms or communicating with Roof Bear. If your contact information changes, you should notify Roof Bear so that communications and project records can be updated.
Website content and Roof Bear materials
Unless otherwise indicated, content made available through Roof Bear's websites and digital services — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, trademarks, and other materials — belongs to Roof Bear LLC or its licensors.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Roof Bear or the applicable rights holder.
Website and digital-service limitations
Roof Bear's websites, forms, and digital communications are provided for general informational, communication, and service purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roof Bear is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of its websites or digital messaging services.
Nothing in these Terms modifies or limits obligations expressly stated in a separate written roofing agreement between Roof Bear and a customer.
Privacy and personal information
Roof Bear's collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy .
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Florida law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Roof Bear may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, technology, or legal requirements.
